Job Role: Evening Domestic Cleaner
Working hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible shift patterns available, working part time after 5pm onwards)
Start Date: 05/01/2026
Location: Appley Bridge, Wigan, WN6
Pay: £12.52 - £13.00 per hour

Job Purpose
To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic office environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize office areas including desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as required.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and use cleaning products responsibly.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Reliability and punctuality
