Administrator
Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our automotive client based in Corby.
This role involves a wide range of duties including data entry, report distribution, customer service support, and documentation for vehicle processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, document management, and report generation.
  • Manage the creation and confirmation of job cards and enter production data accurately.
  • Administer vehicle collection processes
  • Respond to customer requests received both locally and remotely.
  • Assist the Buyer Experience team with customer contact and service delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Support other teams and locations as required.
  • Undertake additional duties outside the usual scope of the role when necessary.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role (essential).
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with common office software.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused approach.


Shift pattern of 4 on and 4 off - 6AM - 6PM (1HR Lunch)
This is an ongoing temporary assignment with opportunities to go perm within the business.
£12.21 Per hour
