Manpower are recruiting a School Cleaner to join our client in NG17!

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Clean classrooms, hallway and bathroom daily.
• 
  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• 
  Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with school policies.
• 
  Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in bathrooms
• 
  Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 
  Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in a school or similar environment.
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• 
  Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• 
  Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• 
  Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• 
  Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late afternoons if necessary.
• 
  Understanding of health and safety procedures related to cleaning.

Working Conditions

• 
  This is a part-time/full-time position (specify as needed).
• 
  Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical activity.
• 
  The role may require working during school holidays or after school hours.

Hours of Work:

6:15am-8:15am Monday to Friday
