Location: Tachbrook Park, CV34 6RL - Hybrid, 2 Days minimum in Office
Contract: Temporary (Initial 3 months, with potential extension - end date TBC)
Pay Rate: £15.38 - £17.95 depending on experience
Reporting to: Resourcing Manager / HR Team
Role Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Temporary Resourcing Administrator to support recruitment and onboarding activities. This role is ideal for a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process, from coordinating interviews to supporting onboarding and right to work checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Post job adverts and support with application screening
- Prepare contracts of employment and offer documentation
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
- Conduct and track right to work checks and pre-employment compliance
- Maintain accurate records within HR/recruitment systems
- Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and external agencies
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Build and maintain effective relationships with agency suppliers, ensuring clear communication on hiring requirements and role progress
- Ensure all processes are aligned with internal policies and audit requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and compliance
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and compliance requirements
- Experience conducting right to work checks and preparing contracts of employment
- Knowledge of HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience supporting recruitment within logistics or production environments (desirable but not essential)
