Maintenance Operative
Location: Kings Lynn, PE33 0BE
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
Pay Rate: £13.23

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain units, both internally and externally.
• Perform manual prep work for painting.
• Work to meet Elliott UK Sticker Standards and Shot Blasting Standards.
• Assemble and clean value-added products (e.g., furniture).
• Assist with the removal of internal fittings and general maintenance.
• Collaborate with tradespeople and work closely with the team to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all tasks meet Elliott quality standards and health & safety policies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Willingness to undergo training for abrasive wheels, COSHH, and manual handling.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Ability to use basic power tools and hand tools.
• Competent in general maintenance tasks.
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Proactive, flexible, and results-driven.
• Willingness to work outside and maintain a good work ethic.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety
