Experience Service Advisor

Location: Portadown

Pay: £12.21 - £13.50/hr DOE

Hours : Full-Time, Rota-Based

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of a busy vehicle servicing team, delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs. What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for service customers

Schedule bookings and keep clients informed throughout

Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service updates

Process invoices and handle payments

Drive customer satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a customer-facing, automotive or retail role

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

Shift pattern includes two alternating options:

Shift 1: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (Every other Saturday)

Shift 2: Mon-Thurs 8.00am-5.30pm, Fri 8.00am-3.00pm (Every other Saturday)
