Are you an experienced and proactive ADR-qualified driver looking for more than just a driving role? We're hiring a Distribution Driver who's not only committed to safety and service, but also eager to progress into a Lead Driver position.

This is a long-term opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional logistics team, with clear development pathways, structured training, and a generous annual bonus paid at the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily vehicle checks, reporting any issues promptly

• Ensure full compliance with transport laws (tachographs, driving hours, record keeping)

• Deliver gas products locally and occasionally nationwide in line with strict safety procedures

• Inspect delivery sites for safety, compliance, and general upkeep

• Communicate effectively with Logistics Planners regarding any delays, stock issues, or changes

• Safely load/discharge vehicles, ensuring tanks are not overfilled (max 85% capacity)

• Accurately complete meter tickets and obtain signatures where applicable

• Participate in the on-call rota, including weekends and bank holidays

• Identify and report competitor activity

• Attend all relevant training sessions to support safe and compliant delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Full UK driving licence (appropriate category)

• ADR Licence (Core, Tanks & Class 2)

• Experience with HAZCHEM, PPE, and HSE protocols

• Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative

• A proactive, dependable attitude with the ambition to step into a Lead Driver role

What You'll Receive:

• £35000 base salary
