HGV Class 1 Driver

Location: Tamworth, B77 5PR
Shifts: Monday to Friday, start times between 21:30 and 00:00
Pay: £18.50 per hour

We're hiring experienced Class 1 Drivers (C+E) for a reliable automotive logistics company in Tamworth. This is a Monday-Friday night role with no weekend work and consistent routes.

Job Details:

• 
  Deliver automotive parts (cages, pallets with engines/gearboxes, and boxed items) nationwide
• 
  Loads are pre-loaded; you'll unload using a pump truck or by hand
• 
  2-15 drops per night depending on the route
• 
  Destinations include Scunthorpe, Manchester, Bolton, Exeter, Southampton, and more

Requirements:

• 
  1+ year of Class 1 driving experience
• 
  Valid CPC & Digi Tacho
• 
  Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN, or CD)
• 
  Must wear safety boots & hi-vis
• 
  Physically fit

Assessment:

• 
  Theory test on Highway Code
• 
  Yard manoeuvres & reversing
• 
  45-minute driving test
• 
  If successful, same-day induction
