🚛 Class 1 Driver (1 years' HGV Experience Required)
📍 Location: New Holland, DN19
💷 Pay:

• £16.60 per hour

• £17.80 per hour after 48 hours

• £24.00 Additional night-out payment

Role Overview:

We're currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to carry out nationwide multi-drop deliveries of timber products, including truck deliveries into London. This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, good customer interaction, and safe driving practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nationwide multi-drop delivery of timber products

• Strapping and securing loads (training provided if needed)

• Inputting delivery details using a handheld device

• Acting as the first point of contact with customers

• Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects to the transport office

• Occasional nights out as part of the role

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence

• Minimum 12 months of Class 1 driving experience

• Good communication skills and customer service approach

• Experience with strapping (desirable but not essential - full training provided)
