Class 2 Driver

Salary: £35,508 per annum + bonus opportunities
Hours: Average 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol (BS11)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Class 2 Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join a busy distribution operation based in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced driver looking for a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

You will be responsible for following a dedicated delivery route, ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to a designated customer base.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep your vehicle clean and presentable.
• Complete all relevant delivery and compliance paperwork accurately.
• Ensure full compliance with Driver Hours Regulations, Working Time Directive requirements, and company procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Full LGV Category C (Class 2) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is desirable but not essential.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, professional attitude and commitment to safety.
