    FLT Counterbalance Operator - Night Shift (4 on, 4 off) - Grangemouth

    We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the logistics and warehousing sector, for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operator to join their night shift team in Grangemouth.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for long-term, consistent work on a 4 on, 4 off schedule.

    Shift Pattern & Hours

    • Night shift: 4 on, 4 off
    • Shift time: 18:30 - 06:00
    • Fixed rota offering stability and a great work/life balance
    • Ongoing position

    Pay

    • £13.75 - £15.50 per hour

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
    • Loading and unloading goods from trailers and vehicles
    • Moving stock around the warehouse or yard
    • Maintaining accurate records of stock movement
    • Following all health and safety procedures at all times

    What We're Looking For

    • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
    • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
    • Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    Must be able to reliably commute to or live in the Grangemouth area
