An excellent opportunity has been created for an organised, customer focused logistics / shipping coordinator to join a world leading manufacturer and distributor of professional products based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire in a busy shipping department.

You need to be a confident with the ability to prioritise your workload, good administrator & numeracy skills with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with the team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing goods and processing worldwide shipments by courier
* Liaising with production and test teams
* Processing RMA receipts and distributing them
* General administrative duties
* Occasional driving and delivery jobs

Key Qualifications and Capabilities:
* Organised with a good attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer literate
* Focussed on providing a high standard of service to internal and external customers

Desirable:
* Knowledge of MRP/ERP system
* Experience of international trade and logistics
* Full and clean driving licence

This position is based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire with parking, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start times and 100% office based. The hourly pay rate is £12.82, potential to go temp to perm in the future for the right person.
