Forklift Operator - Day Shift (Temp to Perm)

📍 Location: Rayleigh, SS6 7FY
💷 Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
🕑 Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 2pm - 10pm

We are recruiting Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a busy and expanding team in Rayleigh. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career potential for the right candidates.

If you hold a valid Counterbalance, Reach, or VNA forklift licence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating forklifts (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA) safely, including at height

• Loading and unloading lorries

• Stocking carpets and flooring products in racking

• Picking, scanning, and processing orders accurately

• Maintaining smooth warehouse operations

• General warehouse duties to ensure a clean and safe workplace

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance / Reach / VNA - essential)

• Previous warehouse experience

• Comfortable working at heights

• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
