Job Title: NPI Sourcing Specialist
Location: Gloucester, GL3 4AQ (hybrid - 1-2 days on-site + supplier visits)
Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 - Umbrella engagement only)
Contract Length: 12 months

Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Indirect Sourcing Specialist to support industrialisation projects within their NPI (New Product Introduction) team.

You'll be responsible for delivering best-value sourcing solutions across indirect categories, supporting supplier strategy, negotiations, and procurement execution. The role will involve a mix of operational, transactional, and strategic activities, requiring flexibility and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support supplier strategy development and onboarding

• Lead supplier negotiations and contract execution

• Manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships

• Contribute to cost optimisation and delivery performance

• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and ERP systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in indirect sourcing within a manufacturing/engineering environment

• Familiarity with ERP systems and P2P processes

• Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment

• Degree-level education or equivalent work experience
