A fast-growing, VC-backed clean energy start-up is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate (Founder's Office) to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and can bring structure and clarity in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You'll take ownership of core financial modelling, support fundraising and strategic planning, and provide commercial insights that shape product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Own and develop the company's 5-year financial model and business plan
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support key strategic decisions
• Translate technical performance data into cost, carbon, and commercial models
• Support fundraising by preparing financials, materials, and investor-ready outputs
• Work cross-functionally with product and commercial teams to guide pricing, partnerships, and customer proposals
• Tackle ad hoc strategic projects across operations, sales, and finance

🎯 What You Bring

• Experience in consulting, strategic finance, or early-stage startups
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
• A proven ability to work independently, structure analysis, and deliver clear insights
• Strong communication skills - able to explain complex ideas simply to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bonus if you have exposure to climate tech, carbon accounting, or fundraising environments
