About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Policy & Planning Senior Specialist to lead the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and key performance metrics. In this pivotal role, you'll support the HR function in aligning with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Policy Management

  • Design, update, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment with company strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams to support policy rollout and training.

Process Documentation & Standardization

  • Develop standardized HR templates, forms, and process maps.
  • Improve clarity and consistency across HR operations.

KPI & Performance Monitoring

  • Define and track HR metrics through dashboards and reports.
  • Provide meaningful insights and trends to guide decision-making.

Compliance & Progress Tracking

  • Monitor implementation of HR initiatives and adherence to policy standards.
  • Track progress on strategic HR projects and identify improvement opportunities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze workforce data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver regular reports to senior management and HR leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management

  • Act as a liaison between HR, business units, and external consultants.
  • Lead change initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR policy design, planning, or analytics
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices
Excellent skills in data analysis, Excel, dashboard creation, and performance reporting
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
Professional certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM-CP) is a plus
