Role: Revit Designer

We are seeking an experienced Design Technician to join a leading consultancy specialising in sports surface, environmental and urban development projects.

In this role, you will play a key part in the design and delivery of sports facilities, ranging from community-level developments to internationally recognised elite competition venues. You will take ownership of technical design packages and support projects from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and development of sports facility projects

  • Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages (plans, sections, technical details)

  • Work closely with project leads, engineers, architects and external consultants

  • Manage BIM workflows and model coordination using Autodesk Construction Cloud

  • Ensure design outputs meet quality standards and project deadlines

  • Provide technical support and informal mentoring to junior team members

  • Contribute to design reviews, value engineering and technical problem solving

  • Support project presentations, technical discussions and documentation

About You

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • 4-6 years' professional experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit

  • Experience coordinating BIM models and documentation

  • Strong technical design capability and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

  • Confident communicator able to collaborate with consultants and clients

  • Interest in sports facility design and development
