Salary: £11.79 Per Hour rising to £14.86 after training has been completed
Employment Type: Full time PAYE
Shift: 7AM - 3PM moving onto a rotation of shifts after training is completed (Approx 12 weeks) (Days, Lates and Nights)
About the Role
As a Clean Room Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance of the pharmaceutical manufacturing cleanrooms. Your work will directly support the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products by maintaining sterile and orderly conditions, in strict adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of cleanrooms and equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health & Safety regulations
- Complete required documentation to confirm cleaning procedures have been accurately followed and all items are correctly labelled and in the right places.
- Monitor and report any issues related to cleanliness, equipment, or facilities
- Work as part of a team to ensure continuous compliance and throughout the facility
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a cleanroom or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to follow strict procedures and protocols to maintain a sterile environment
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods
