FLT Warehouse Material Operator

Location: Newport

Pay Rate: £14.77 per hour

Shifts:

The working days will be Monday through Sunday, with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM. The rotation is as follows:

• 2 days on - 2 days off
• 3 days on - 2 days off
• 2 days on - 3 days off

Contract: Temporary, 3 months initially with possibiilty of extension

The successful candidate will work across raw materials and finished goods areas, supporting the safe movement and storage of materials throughout the site.

Main Duties

• Move and store raw materials and finished goods

• Pack products onto pallets

• Load and unload deliveries

• Pick and pack customer orders

• Operate side loading forklift

• Carry out stock checks including PI counts

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

• Support waste management activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience

• Valid Reach Truck licence essential

• Side loading forklift licence essential

• Computer literate

• Experience working in a fast paced environment

• Good literacy and numeracy skills

• Team player with a flexible approach
