Location: Cardiff
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
Pay Rate: £13.90 per hour

The Role

Manpower is recruiting for a General Labourer on behalf of our client. You will support day to day operations within a busy yard environment. This is a hands on role where you will help maintain equipment and keep the yard running smoothly.

Duties will include:

• Power washing machinery and equipment
• Sanding down surfaces and preparing items for maintenance
• Painting equipment and general maintenance materials
• Keeping the yard clean, tidy and well organised
• Assisting with basic workshop tasks when required
• Supporting the team with general duties across the site

This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, so you will need to be comfortable with a physical, outdoor position.

What You Will Need

• Experience in a labouring or yard based role would be helpful
• A willingness to follow all health and safety procedures
• Good physical fitness as this is an active role
• A positive approach and the ability to work well within a team
• Reliability and strong time keeping
