Job Title: Skilled Production Operative (Joinery & Mould Fitting)
Location: Nottinghamshire
Pay: £14+ p/h
Hours: Monday to Friday (early finish Fridays)
Contract: Temp to Perm

Join a leading precast manufacturer in Nottinghamshire as our client look to expand their team with skilled operatives - particularly in joinery and mould fitting. If you have hands-on experience and want to be part of a growing, supportive production team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Joinery: Manufacture timber moulds in the woodshop using machinery (training provided), working from detailed technical drawings.

• Mould Fitting: Assemble moulds on the casting area with precision - tolerances are tight, so attention to detail is key.

• Production Support: Assist with prepping moulds, placing cast-in items, pouring/screeding concrete, finishing units, and general housekeeping.

What We're Looking For:

• Skilled in joinery,or mould fitting (preferred)

• Able to read and work confidently from drawings

• Physically fit and used to fast-paced environments

• Experience in precast or construction is an advantage

• Must attend Monday site walk-rounds
