Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a client based in Brigg.

Due to location, the successful candidate will live locally or have reliable transport.

This role begins in a temporary position but may lead to a more continuous position, after a period of time, for the right candidate.

Location

• Brigg
• On-site parking available

Shift Pattern & Pay

• Week 1- 6am-2pm (Mon-Fri), Week 2- 14:00- 00:00 (Mon-Thurs)
• Full-time hours
• £12.86 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Working within a production/manufacturing environment
• Packing and handling materials
• Lifting larger items where required
• Following health & safety procedures
• Supporting the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Previous production, manufacturing, packing or warehouse experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift materials
• Able to work full-length shifts on your feet

Additional Requirements

• Manual handling awareness
• Own transport essential
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
