Salary: £24,823 + shift allowance (30% / 20% / 50%)

12 hour shifts. Days: 7am-7pm Nights: 7pm-7am
Front End: Back End:
Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue Wed, Thu, Fri
Sun, Mon, Tue Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat

Key Responsibilities

• Operate specialist tools and equipment within the semiconductor FAB
• Work in a controlled clean-room environment and follow clean-room protocols
• Adhere to detailed manufacturing specifications, operating procedures, and quality standards
• Complete accurate data entries for tool and process documentation
• Escalate concerns to senior operators or team leaders as required
• Follow all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) requirements

Full training is provided; however, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong attention to detail and methodical working approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable time management
• Basic computer literacy (all tools require data input)
• Ability and willingness to work across all shifts
