Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting a Packaging & Filling Machine Operative to join a busy and well?established manufacturing site in Shipley. This is a long?term opportunity with the view to securing a permanent contract for the right candidate.
This role offers full training, stable Monday-Friday hours, and the chance to join a friendly and supportive team within a well?organised production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating packaging and filling machinery in line with production schedules
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any faults or deviations
• Carrying out basic machine adjustments where required
• Packing finished products and ensuring correct labelling
• Completing basic production and quality documentation
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operative role is desirable, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
