Picker / Assembler
Location: Southampton, SO14
Type: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 08:00-17:00 | Friday, 08:00-16:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour | 39 hours per week

What you'll be doing:

• 
  Pick and pack products accurately, preparing goods for dispatch.
• 
  Carry out light assembly work and general warehouse tasks.
• 
  Handle goods safely and efficiently, including some manual and occasional heavy lifting.
• 
  Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• 
  Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• 
  Keep accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic data entry.

What we're looking for:

• 
  Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or assembly environment.
• 
  Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• 
  Able to use a computer for stock recording and order processing.
• 
  A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support different warehouse activities.
• 
  Good communication and teamwork skills - someone personable who gets on well in a small team.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and reliability.
