Manpower are recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Ashford. This is a rolling temporary opportunity opportunity, ideal for candidates with a background in manufacturing or production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day to day production and manufacturing activities
• Operating machinery and equipment in line with company procedures
• Ensuring all products meet required quality standards
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance
• Willingness to follow processes and instructions
