What you'll be doing

• Carrying out high‑precision TIG welding on thin‑gauge stainless steel
• Working confidently from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Fabricating and assembling bespoke components to exacting standards
• Ensuring weld quality meets strict internal and industry requirements
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant workshop environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel
• Ability to produce clean, accurate, visually high‑quality welds
• Strong fabrication knowledge and metal finishing skills
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
• A detail‑driven, proactive approach with pride in workmanship
• Experience in precision, scientific, medical, or technical manufacturing is advantageous
