Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack components accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Handle small parts with fine dexterity, maintaining attention to detail during assembly processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to develop manufacturing skills and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including working days and flexible shift hours as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Good manual dexterity and steady hands for precise assembly work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including days and mornings, with the ability to adapt as needed.
• No forklift licence required.
