About the Role
You'll be at the heart of the experience, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and supported. You'll guide the audience, manage queues, process merchandise sales, and help create an unforgettable atmosphere.

We're looking for YOU if you're:
✨ Customer-Centric: You've got a background in hospitality, retail, or front-of-house roles and know how to make guests feel special.
✨ Cool Under Pressure: Busy event environments are where you thrive. You're calm, organised, and solution focused.
✨ Tech-Savvy: Confident in using tills, handling cash, and learning systems for ticketing and photo-printing.
✨ A Team Player: Multitasking is second nature. You'll juggle payments, stock takes, queue management, and create merchandise-all with a smile!
✨ A Friendly Face: You'll be the first point of contact, ready to assist, resolve ticketing issues, and make each visitor feel at ease.
