Role: Cleaner
Location: Aldermaston
Duration: 3 months initially (with likely extension or temp to perm)
Rate: Up to £15 per hour
Security Clearance: must be able to obtain security clearance

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to work on a secure, high-profile defence site. This role is key to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across controlled and non-controlled areas, in line with safety and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks across offices, facilities, and controlled zones

• Ensure all cleaning complies with hygiene, safety, and security guidelines

• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately

• Manage waste disposal following site procedures

• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

Essential Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience (ideally within secure, industrial, or medical environments)

• Active SC Clearance or ability to pass security vetting

• Good understanding of health and safety regulations

• High attention to detail and professionalism

• Willingness to work in a regulated and secure environment
