We're offering a brilliant opportunity for a General Handy Person to join our on?site facilities team, playing a vital part in creating a safe, compliant and well?maintained environment.

The Role
As a General Handy Person, you'll support the day?to?day running of the facilities by:

Working with a multi?skilled team to carry out a variety of general maintenance tasks
Assisting tradespeople and supporting wider FM activities on site
Ensuring work is completed safely, professionally and in line with standards
Supporting the team manager with FM duties as needed
Maintaining high levels of health and safety across all work areas
Contributing to local and business-wide zero carbon initiatives, helping drive sustainability across the contract

This is a varied, hands?on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and has a flexible, proactive approach.

Requirements
We're looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable and confident in their practical abilities:

Experience in general maintenance or DIY
CITB-relevant certification (or equivalent) preferred
Willingness to develop new skills and learn on the job
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong understanding of safe working practices
