The role

Working within a busy production area, you will:

Operate high speed machinery producing rubber products
Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Work towards daily production targets
Complete physical and manual handling tasks
Follow health & safety procedures at all times

What we're looking for

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not essential)
Good attention to detail
A flexible approach to shift work
A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Strong awareness of health & safety

Shift pattern - 4 week rotating cycle

Week 1 - Afternoon Shift
Sunday to Friday | 14:00 - 22:00
Saturday & Sunday off

Week 2 - Morning Shift
Monday to Saturday | 06:00 - 14:00

Week 3 - Night Shift
Sunday to Friday | 22:00 - 06:00

Week 4 - Paid Time Off
Once finishing at 06:00 Saturday morning, you receive 8 paid shifts for your time off.
