Job Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count stock items within the warehouse.
Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods in accordance with order specifications.
Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and report any faults or issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and productivity.
Assist with stock counts and inventory management as required.
Follow company policies and health & safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck forklift certification (licence must be current and valid).
Previous experience operating reach trucks within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to forklift operation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Physical fitness to handle the demands of warehouse work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and accuracy.
