From your application and onboarding process, to our development programmes and how we keep you up to date, through to support with your health and wellbeing and our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion - we want your experience of being a Manpower Associate to be the best it can be!

That’s why we're proud to announce our Associate Charter. The Associate Charter summarises our promise to you across our four pillars: engagement, development, wellbeing and recognition. It outlines what we expect from you and what you can expect from us. It ensures that all Associates are treated fairly and will introduce you to Manpower’s culture and values.

Together with your Employee Handbook, this document outlines the commitments we make to you, our employees, as well as the expectations of you as a Manpower Associate.
